We are family/locally owned and operated but we do things differently than our corporate/retail competitors. We do not keep regular hours or cater to standard retail walk-in traffic (although we certainly don’t mind walk-in’s if/when we’re here) because we would rather not try to keep a store open 8-10 hours a day, 5-6 days a week, which translates to overhead. Our alternative is to offer appointment or call ahead options. Appointment feels like a formal word, but for us, it’s not. An approximate day or time you’ll be in the area works just fine. Just let us know. We’ll work with you!
